Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

In this petition, a prayer is made to direct the respondents to upload the petitioner no.3's name and employee details on the Shalarth portal forthwith. Further consequential prayers are also made in the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the communication dated 09.12.2024 on the basis of which the petitioners claim to have removed discrepancies. 3.

Be that as it may, since the prayers made in the petition can always be decided by the respondent no.2, we direct the respondent no.2 to treat the present petition as representation and decide the issues raised in the petition, so also in the light of the communication dated 09.12.2024, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce copy of the petition along with the order passed today before the concerned authority within one week.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
