Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

In this petition, a prayer is made to direct the respondents to provide revised staffing pattern in respect of the petitioner nos. 2 to 5 in accordance with law and in the light of the directions issued by this Court in the judgment dated 07.10.2024 delivered in Writ Petition No. 234 of 2024. Further consequential prayers are also made in the petition.

Since the prayers made in the petition can always be considered by the respondent nos. 4 and 5, we direct the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to treat the present petition as representation and decide the issues raised in the petition in the light of the judgment dated 07.10.2024 delivered in Writ Petition No. 234 of 2024, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce copy of the petition along with the order passed today before the concerned authority within one week.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
