The appellants and respondent Nos.1 to 4 have filed a joint pursis stating that they have settled the matter amicably. As per the mutual agreement, the appellants are entitled for refund of Rs.1,00,000/- from the amount deposited and that the respondent Nos.1 to 4, who are the original claimants, are entitled to withdraw the balance amount along with accrued interest thereon.
The pursis are signed by the parties. The authorized signatory of the appellants and respondent No.1, who is the power of attorney holder of respondent Nos.2 to 4, are present before the Court. They state that the terms are agreeable to them. Hence, the appeal stands disposed of as per the terms recorded in the Joint Pursis. The amount of Rs.1,00,000/- be refunded to the appellants. The balance amount along with interest accrued thereon be paid to respondent Nos.1 to 4.
