The appeal is admitted on substantial questions of law.

By order dated 5.12.2018, while this Court directed the respondent not to create third party interest in the suit property, the appellant was permitted to file a formal application seeking interim relief.

Shri Mandpe, the learned counsel for the respondent is opposing grant of interim relief. However, since the appeal is admitted on substantial questions of law, it would be necessary to direct the respondent not to create third party interest in the suit property during the pendency of the appeal.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause.
