CAS NO.149/2019 This is an Application seeking condonation of delay of 152 days in filing application for restoration of Second Appeal. Heard both sides. Perused the contents of the Application. Although the learned counsel for respondents has opposed the Application, on a perusal of the same, I am satisfied that the delay is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay.
In view thereof, the delay of 152 days in filing the application for restoration of second appeal dismissed as against respondent nos.1,10,11 and 13 is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur. The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.

The applicant/appellant has filed the instant Application for restoration of Second Appeal as against respondent nos.1,10,11 and 13, by quashing and setting aside the order dated 05.07.2018 passed by learned Registrar of this Court. For the reasons enumerated in the Application and as the learned Advocate for respondent has no objection, the Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. The order dated 5.7.2018 passed by learned Registrar of this Court is set aside. Second Appeal No. 67/2016 is restored to file as against respondent s 1,10,11 and 13.
CAS NO.80/2019 The applicant/appellant has filed the instant Application seeking permission to supply correct addresses of repsondent nos.1,10,11 and 13.
For the reasons stated in the Application and as the learned Advocate for respondent has no objection, the Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. The appellant/applicant is permitted to supply the correct addresses of respondent nos. 1,10,11and 13 within a period of two weeks. JUDGE sahare
