This is an application filed by the respondent No.1 to 3 and 5 for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.4-Zakiya Bano w/o Sk. Ammu who died on 15/05/2016.

I have heard Shri P.S. Patil, learned counsel for the appellant, Smt. S.W. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 5 and Shri A.W. Paunikar, learned counsel for the respondent No.6.

In this application, the applicant is not made a party as respondent No.6 [Insurance Company]. However, learned counsel respondent No. 1 to 3 and 5 is permitted to amend the application forthwith and add respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in this application. Learned counsel for the respondent No.6 has no objection, if the application is allowed.
