Details reasons are recorded while granting ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 14.12.2018. There is a dispute between two brother, the wife of brother of applicant lodged the report. There is report and counter report lodged against each other. Looking to the dispute between the brother, the wife of brother lodged the report against the present applicant many offences against the applicant. It is stated in the application that because of the dispute they are lodging false report against the applicant. Learned APP Shri Dube strongly objected the application.

Ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 14.12.2018 is hereby confirmed.
