Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered on record a copy of representation dated 11.07.2025, which he has made to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli, and submits that directions be issued to the respondent no.1-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, to decide the said representation within stipulated time, that would suffice the purpose of filing the writ petition and the writ petition can be disposed of.

The representation tendered by the petitioner is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2, on instructions, makes a statement that within a period of six weeks from today the said representation of the petitioner will be decided. 4.

By accepting the statement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents that the respondent no.1 would decide the said representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Needless to mention that the respondent no.1 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli, shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. For that purpose, the petitioner shall appear before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli, on 21.08.2025 at 11.00 a.m.
