On instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition; however, he submits that the petitioners be given permission to file injunction application after amending the civil suit. 3.

Considering the fact that subsequent developments have taken place, we permit the petitioners to file application for injunction before the Civil Court after placing necessary documents before it by way of amendment.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No order as to costs.
