By these applications, the applicants are seeking the delay of 607 days in filing the application for setting aside abatement and to bring legal representatives of deceased appellant Nos.2, 4 and 7 on record. The applications are filed appellant No.1 and stated on affidavit that names of persons given in the body of the applications are the legal representatives of the deceased. In view of the fact that both applications are made on oath and supported by the death certificate of the appellants.

The statements of the applicants are accepted and accordingly the delay of 607 days is thereby condoned and abatement against the appellant Nos.2, 4 and 7 is set aside

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

Both applications stand disposed of.
