For the reasons stated in both the applications, we are satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and a case is made out for restoration. Hence, both the applications are allowed. The delay caused is condoned. The order of dismissal is recalled and Writ Petition No.6034 of 2017 is restored subject to the petitioner paying the costs of Rs.5,000/- to the District Bar Association, Nagpur.
