DATE : 10.12.2025 This Court by judgment and order dated 25.04.2025 disposed of First Appeal No.1251/2019. This Court while deciding the present appeal, four months time was granted to the respondents to deposit the enhanced compensation. The record further shows that the claimant sought clarification in the final judgment of this Court and that was clarified by the order dated 19.09.2025. 2.

It is pertinent to note that this Court earlier by order dated 26.09.2025 has already extended two months time to deposit the entire amount. However, instead of depositing of the said amount, the present application is again moved for extension of three months time in the matter.

Today, the Sub Divisional Officer/Special Land Acquisition Officer, Amravati, and Tahsildar, Amravati, are present in the Court. They have made a statement before this Court that in any case, the amount enhanced by this Court will be deposited on or before 31.03.2026. 4.

The respondents being a representative of the State Government and made a statement before this Court hence, this statement is accepted.

It is however made clear that if the respondents failed to deposit the amount as per the order of this Court, they have to deposit the additional amount of Rs.50,000/- if any application for extension of time is made for deposit of amount as a condition precedent.

In view of above terms, the present application is disposed of.
