Heard learned counsel Shri Mir Nagman Ali for the petitioner.

By the present petition, the petitioner is challenging interim order dated 10.8.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur whereby learned Judge of the Family Court allowed application Exhibit 6 for interim maintenance partly and instead of Rs.15,000/- prayed by the wife granted Rs.10,000/- per month from the date of the application.

It is clear from the record that the petitioner is highly educated person having qualifications B.Sc. (Mathematics), M.Sc (Chemistry), and B.Ed.. It is also admitted position that he runs tuition classes. In that view, grant of Rs.10,000/- is not on higher side.

The present petition arises out of interim proceedings. No perversity is crept in in the order impugned .....2/-
