Heard Shri Mahesh Rai, learned Counsel for the applicant.

From perusal of the report, the applicant beat the complainant / informant on his hand, therefore he sustained fracture to his hand. The informant gave history to the medical officer, in which he has stated that injury was caused by someone else and not stated the name of assailant. The applicant has not taken any part to beat the deceased. Hence following order is passed:- Application is allowed.

(i) The applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount. (ii) The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The applicant shall attend trial Court on each and

(iv) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.
