The Petitioner has questioned the E-tender notice dated 2 December 2018 issued by the Respondent-Rural Development Authority. The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that a policy decision is taken not to go ahead with the tenders on this subject matter including the impugned tender, as now all such work will be entrusted to a specified agency. In view of the stand taken by the State Government, it is obvious that the E-tender notice dated 2 December 2018 will not be given effect to and this is reiterated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Writ Petition therefore, does not survive and it is accordingly disposed of.
