The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent nos. 1 to 6 to cooperate and assist the petitioner to perform her statutory duty. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is an agreement dated 29.04.2025 between the petitioner and the respondent- Municipal Council. Inspite of there being an agreement, the respondent no.2 is not providing any help to collect fees and tax from the other respondents.

Be that as it may, since the dispute pertains to non honouring the contract, we cannot entertain the petition in writ jurisdiction. The petition is dismissed. No costs.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
