By this application, the accused prays that the condition imposed by this Court by the order dated 12/10/2018 that the accused should furnish cash security of Rs. 50,000/- be dispensed with. The accused further prays that the condition imposed by this Court that the accused should furnish two solvent sureties for Rs. 25,000/- each may also be modified and the accused may be permitted to furnish one solvent surety for Rs. 50,000/-. The accused has given the details of the person who is willing to furnish the solvent surety on behalf of the accused.

The order dated 12/10/2018 was passed after hearing the advocate for the accused. While hearing the present application, I expressed that the condition of

2 appp2129.18 furnishing the cash security of Rs. 50,000/- can be dispensed with, however, the condition of furnishing two solvent sureties for Rs. 25,000/- each cannot be modified in the facts of the case.

As the accused is not willing or not in position to furnish two solvent sureties for Rs. 25,000/- each, the criminal application is dismissed. No costs.
