DECEMBER 24, 2025 1) Vide order dated 26/11/2025, notices were ordered to be issued to propose legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4. By the present application for speaking to minutes, the learned counsel for the applicant points out that the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos.1 and 3 are already on record as respondent Nos.7 and 8 respectively.

2) In view of above, permission is granted to delete the names of deceased respondent Nos.1 and 3.

3) Issue notice to the legal representative of deceased respondent No.4, returnable on 06/01/2026.

4) Civil Applicaiton is disposed of.
