The applicant/complainant has filed this application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the non-applicant.

The non-applicant has filed Criminal Application bearing No.671/2025 before this Court to quash and set aside the First Information Report. The First Information Report is quashed while passing the bail order in ABA No.353/2025 Jatin Rajnikant Patel Vs. State of Maharashtra and another. The direction was given to deposit Rs.5,00000/- (Rupees Five Lacs Only) before this Court and accordingly, the amount was deposited. 3.
As the matter is settled between the parties and the First Information Report is quashed and non-applicant has given no objection for withdrawing the said amount, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to Sayyad Javed Sayyad Umar to withdraw the amount.

Registry is directed to return the amount to
