The limited prayer is made to direct the respondents to decide his application for renewal of mining lease agreement.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has made a detail representation dated 14.10.2025, which is still not decided by the District Mining Officer, Nagpur.

That being so, we direct the District Mining Officer, Nagpur to decide the representation dated 14.10.2025 in accordance with law within six weeks from the receipt of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of, in the above terms.
