Admittedly, the interim application filed by the Investigating Officer was rejected by an order dated 29.11.2025. However, that application was filed under Section 107(5) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS'). However, the main application filed under Section 107(1) of the said Act is still pending. 3.

Without going into the details of the present case, it would be appropriate to direct the Trial Court to decide the application filed by the Investigating Officer under Section 107(1) of the BNSS, hence the following order:-

ORDER

(I) The Trial Court shall decide the application filed under Section 107(1) of the BNSS by the Investigating Officer on its own merits within eight days from the receipt of the present order and after hearing all the parties, till then the account maintained by the B.S. Ispat Limited in

2 06 wp 1015.25 Axix Bank, M.G. House, Nagpur bearing Account No. 911020064616417 shall not be operated for eight days. Deposits in the said account is permitted, however withdrawal is not permitted. It is needless to mention that this Court has not observed anything on merit and the Trial Court shall not be influenced by the observation of this Court in the present application.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
