Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The issue raised in this petition is regarding applicability of the old pension scheme to the petitioners. Be that as it may, the issue is already decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.3715 of 2022 with connected petitions. Thus issue can very well be decided by the respondent-Authorities within a time-bound period.

We, therefore, direct the respondent-Authorities to treat the present petition as representation and decide the same within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of this order before them, in accordance with law. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of this petition alongwith the order passed today before the respondent-Authorities within a period of two weeks from today.
