Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

An innocuous prayer is made that a direction be given to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Nagpur to expedite the proceedings, which are at Annexure-A, within a time-bound period. 3.

We have gone through Annexure-A on Page No.15, which prima facie shows that the proceedings are pending since 2003. Considering the fact that the proceedings are pending since long, we direct the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Nagpur to decide the same within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
