A prayer is to direct the respondents to consider the grievance of the petitioners in respect of non-payment of compensation of the acquired land. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the issue is covered by the judgment delivered in Writ Petition No.1694 of 2017 dated 25.09.2018, so also the judgment in Writ Petition No. 2323 of 2024 with connected writ petition delivered on 14.10.2025 by this Court.

Be that as it may, since the issue can be dealt with by the respondents authorities, we direct the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to take appropriate decision in the light of the observations made by this Court in the judgment cited supra by treating the present petition as representation, within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish the copy of petition along with the copy of order passed today before the concerned authority.

Decision taken be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
