Heard Shri Borikar, Advocate for the applicant and Shri Damle, learned APP for the non-applicant/State. Learned APP has pointed out order passed on bail application by the Sessions Court. It appears that charge is framed on 09.05.2018. Some of the accused refused to sign the plea on charge on the ground that bail applications are pending. The trial Court is trying to dispose of the matter as early as possible. Therefore, application is rejected.
