The termination of the petitioner was challenged before the University Tribunal, thereafter before this Court and Hon'ble Apex Court, where he could not succeed. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached this Court praying for the relief that the declaration be given that he was duly qualified at the time of his appointment as lecturer in terms of notification dated 19.09.1991 and subsequent Government Resolution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to communication dated 15.09.2025 by which his request for grant of service benefit was also rejected 4.

We have gone through the communication dated 15.09.2025. The reason advanced by the authorities is that the petitioner was terminated in the year 1994 and therefore,

In view of this, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
