DATED : 12/02/2021 By this application, the Applicants/Appellants have sought to condone the delay of 275 days in filing the present Appeal against the judgment and order dated 14.12.2017 passed by the Claims Tribunal in Claim Application No. OA(IIu)/NGP/2015/0218.

The Applicant no.1 is the widow and the Applicant nos. 2 and 3 are the minor children of the deceased, who expired in untoward incident on 30.05.2014. The Applicants have states that they were under mental stress and trauma due to death of Eknath Gaikwad who was only the bread earner.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the application which is in my considered view, constitute sufficient grounds, delay is condoned. Civil Application stands disposed of.
