There is no objection for allowing these applications, hence, we direct respondent Nagpur Improvement Trust to consider the question of granting permission to the applicants to conduct the

Order 1912cao2278.18 Exhibition/Event on Reshimbagh Ground, in accordance with law, and on such terms and conditions which the Nagpur Improvement Trust may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. However, the Nagpur Improvement Trust to specify the period for which permission is to be granted. 3.

Both the Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of. No cost.
