The learned Advocate for the petitioners states that as the legal representatives of plaintiff were not brought on record, the civil suit is dismissed as abated on 27th November, 2018.

This writ petition is filed on 14th December, 2018 i.e. after more than two weeks after disposal of the civil suit.

In the above facts, learned Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition. The writ petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
