DATED : 09/09/2019 The learned advocates for the respective parties have pointed out the report dated 23/08/2019 submitted by the Co-ordinator, Mediation Centre stating that the mediation is successful. The agreement of settlement of dispute dated 22/08/2019 signed by the proprietor of the petitioner - Firm, by the respondent, and her advocate is placed on record. This agreement is also signed by the learned Mediator. The learned advocates for the parties stated that the matter is amicably worked out as per the terms and conditions stated in the agreement. It is further stated that the parties undertake before this Court to abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed in terms of agreement. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.

2 wp1539.19 CAW No. 2435/2019 The learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not have any objection for permitting the respondent to withdraw the amount lying in deposit with the Registry of this Court.

The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner with the Registry of this Court alongwith interest on it, if any.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. JUDGE Ansari
