The petitioner has challenged part of the order passed by the Family Court by which the petitioner is directed to pay permanent alimony to the respondent and to deliver the articles mentioned in the list (Exh.27) to the present respondent. The impugned order is dated 3rd March 2007. The petitioner has not explained the inordinate delay of about 12 years. Prima-facie, it appears that the claim of the petitioner in this petition is not bonafide.

The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
