According to him, the proceeding filed under the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005 bearing PWDVA No. 8 of 2023 is pending before the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Gondia. In the said proceeding, the application for interim maintenance is also preferred, but the proceedings are not yet decided. He, therefore, request this Court to pass suitable order. 3.

Considering the fact that the application for interim maintenance is pending in the said proceeding, we direct the concerned Court to decide the application for interim maintenance within a period of four weeks from the next date fixed.

The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
