By this application for speaking to minutes the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks correction in paragraph 4 of order dated 21-11-2025 to replace the words "same acquisition same project" instead of the words "the same Section 4 notification". 3.

Learned Counsel for respondent no.3 does not oppose the application.

Since the correction is sought in the paragraph mentioning the contentions of appellant and having regard to the contents of the application, the same is allowed. Necessary corrections be carried out in order dated 21-11-2025 in paragraph 4 and corrected order be uploaded in official website. 5.
