The matter was referred to mediation by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2025. Today the report is received from the learned Mediator Mrs. Renuka S. Shirpurkar. The learned Mediator has taken efforts considering the dispute as regards to the custody of child. It appears that she has taken much efforts to settle the matter and this Court appreciates the efforts taken by Mrs. Renuka S. Sirpurkar, learned Mediator.

The Mediation Report is taken on record along with the terms and conditions of settlement. The said terms and conditions are taken on record.

In this view of above, nothing survives in this petition, the petition deserves to be disposed of and accordingly disposed of.
