Heard Shri N.R. Tekade, learned counsel for the applicant.

Applicant is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A and 451 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant has deposited fine amount of Rs. 4,000/-. Learned counsel has submitted that he has a good case on merit, therefore he prays to suspend the jail sentence.

Hence, the following order:- Criminal Application (APPR) No. 392/2018 is allowed.

The jail sentence is suspended till the decision of the revision application on furnishing the bail bond before the Trial Court on the same terms and conditions on which he was released.
