By these applications, the applicants, who are the legal representatives of the deceased-appellant, moved the applications for condonation of delay as well as to bring the legal heirs of the appellant on record.

In support of their submission, the applicants have placed on record the death certificate of the appellant and on oath stated that they are the only surviving legal heirs of the appellant. 3.
Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 490 days caused in filing application for bringing the legal heirs of the appellant on record is hereby condoned, so also application to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased is allowed. 4.
The necessary amendment to bring on record the legal heirs be carried out within a period of three working days. 5.
Both the applications stand disposed of.

Considering the fact that this matter is of year 2011, list the same in the next week.
