This is an application for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal against acquittal. The appellant has stated the reasons for the delay in paragraph 3 and 4 of the application.

Learned Counsel for the appellant made a statement, that there are totally 4 connected appeals, in three other sisters appeal filed by the same appellant bearing No.408/2019, 399/2019 and 402/2019. This Court has condoned the delay and leave has been granted. The respondent though served remained absent. 4.

In the circumstances, it is not possible to take any other view. Hence, delay stands condoned and Cri. Application is disposed of accordingly.
