DATE : July 24, 2019 The grievance raised by the petitioner is in terms of the order dated 16/11/2017. The respondent No.3Bank has not handed over the keys of the premises to the plaintiff.

Shri M. R. Johrapurkar, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank on instructions states that the respondents are ready to hand over the keys to the plaintiff. On a query to the learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to acceptance of the keys, it is submitted by the learned counsel that the keys be directed to be deposited with the trial Court. Shri M. R. Johrapurkar, learned counsel therefore submits that on the next date of proceedings the keys would be deposited before the trial Court.
