At the outset, he invited our attention to the page 69 which is the letter addressed to the Collector, in which the prayer is made to mutate his name 3.

Be that as it may, as the issue can be decided by the Collector, Nagpur, we direct that the communication i.e. representation dated 26.08.2025 addressed to the Collector shall be decided in accordance with law within eight weeks from the receipt of this order.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of, in the above terms. No order as to cost.
