Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.
A prayer in this petition is regarding issuance of direction to the respondent-authorities to revise and fix the pay scales of the petitioners in parity with the pay scales applicable to the employees of the Aurangabad University. Other consequential reliefs are also prayed for. 3.
Since the said issue is not decided by the respondent No.4-Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, we direct the respondent No.4 to treat the present petition as a representation, and the same shall be decided in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the receipt of this order. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of nd.thawre
