According to learned counsel for petitioner, though he is entitled for salary and other benefits, same has not been given to him. He has invited our attention to communication dated 18.8.2025 which is at page 27 of the petition, issued by Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Bhadrawati to Grampanchayat Khokari. 3.

Be that as it may, as communication dated 18.8.2025 is already issued, we dispose of the petition with direction to concerned authority to take the communication dated 18.8.2025 to its logical end, within eight weeks from production of this order before the authority. Petition is disposed of.
