A prayer is made to direct the respondents to consider the temporary services rendered by the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment i.e. 21/10/1995 for calculating the pensionary benefits. Other consequential prayers are also made.

Be that as it may, since the said issue can be decided by the respondent no. 2, we direct the respondent no. 2 to treat the present petition as a representation and decide it, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the receipt of this order.

The decision taken by the respondent no. 2 shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
