DATE : 25 th SEPTEMBER, 2019 In view of the submission of the learned senior counsel Shri Anand Jaiswal who appears on behalf of respondents 6 and 7 that the petitioners have an alternate statutory remedy, the learned counsel for the petitioners Shri S.G. Jagtap states on instructions that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse to the statutory remedy. Shri S.G. Jagtap would further submit that the interim order which is operating may be continued for three weeks to enable the petitioners to avail the statutory remedy. Considering that the interim order is operating since long, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed and it is directed that the interim order shall continue to operate for a period of three weeks from the date of this order.
