A prayer made in this petition is to give direction to the learned 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division and Addl.Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur to decide the execution proceeding bearing Special Darkhast No. 121/2022 dated 22.11.2022 as early as possible. 3.

Since even the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has directed to decide the Special Darkhast within a period of six months, we direct the learned 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate to decide the execution proceeding bearing Special Darkhast No.121/2022 dated 22.11.2022 within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
