For reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing revision is condoned.

M.C.A. of 2018 By order dated 22.6.2018, this Court revoked the order of refusal of registration for non removal of office objections. The applicant was directed to pay cost of Rs. 500/- and to remove the office objections within four weeks. While office objections are removed, the costs of Rs. 500/- are not paid with the result that the earlier order refusing registration stood revived.

The learned counsel for applicant Shri N.S. Deshpande undertakes that costs shall be deposited within two days. The statement is accepted. The order of refusal of registration of Second Appeal is revoked.

Let the Second Appeal be registered and placed for admission after vacations.
