DATE :- 22nd DECEMBER, 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. According to him, though the petitioners, wives of the deceased employees of Zilla Parishad, are entitled for grant of arrears of additional house rent allowance, the respondents are not disbursing the arrears of the additional house rent allowance in their favour. The learned counsel further submits that the issue is covered by the various judgments of this Court including the judgment in Writ Petition No.4311 of 2024 delivered on 26.02.2025.

Be that as it may, since the issue is not decided till date, we direct the respondent-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal, to treat this petition as representation and decide the same in the light of the observations made in the judgment cited supra within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. The counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce copy of the writ petition along with the order passed today within two weeks before the concerned authority.

Decision be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
