A prayer made in this petition is for direction to respondent No. 1 to implement the GR dated 14.3.2024 which is Annexure 01 and GR dated 4.11.2025 which is Annexure 02 without any delay and by implementing the GR which are Annexure 01 and 02, regularize the services of the petitioners as a regular employee as per the Chart which is Annexure No. 3, and give complete permanency benefits as a permanent Government employee of Health Department, Government of Maharashtra with pay protection and seniority. 3.

We have gone through the record of the case. Considering the aforesaid fact, we direct present petition be treated as representation of the petitioners and the same may be decided by respondent No.1, in accordance with law and after considering the points raised in the present petition. Accordingly, petition is disposed of. The decision shall be taken within four months from production of copy of this order and petition before respondent No.1.
