Chakotkar, Advocate (Appointed) Ms Nandita Tripathi, A.P.P. for Respondent/State. CORAM : Z.A.HAQ AND PUSHPA V. GANEDIWALA, JJ.

DATED : SEPTEMBER 19, 2019.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. has pointed out that the petitioner had applied for furlough leave by application dated 4th July 2018 on which the impugned order came to be passed, however, subsequently he was released on parole leave on 24th May 2019.

In view of the above facts, we are not inclined to entertain the grievance of the petitioner as after the decision on the application dated 4th July 2018, the petitioner was released on parole leave.

Hence, the petition is dismissed.

Fees of the Advocate appointed to represent the petitioner be paid as per the Rules.
