Heard Advocate Shri Vyas for the applicant. Shri Dubey learned APP has strongly objected the application. Learned APP has submitted that mobile of the applicant is seized. From the perusal of the report it appears that allegation in respect of circulation of some religious matter which offended the complainant and others. Learned counsel Shri Vyas has submitted that applicant will gave cooperate the Investigating Agency and if necessary hand over his mobile to the concerned police. In view of the submission ad-interim anticipatory bail granted on 19.12.2018 is hereby confirmed.
