A limited prayer made in this petition is to direct the respondent no.2 to take immediate action on the representation submitted by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the communication dated 13.03.2025 issued by the Block Development Officer to the Sarpanch/Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Gahuli, Tq. Pusad. 4.

Be that as it may, since the issue is already dealt with by the Office of the Block Development Officer, we direct the Block Development Officer as well as the Sarpanch/Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Gahuli, to take decision on the grievance of the petitioner in the light of communication dated 13.03.2025 within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 5.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
